Fufui started in a small kitchen in Bengaluru with one stubborn question — why does snacking have to mean empty calories? We loved the crunch, the heat, the satisfaction. We hated everything else about modern chips: refined flour, frying oil, the lot.
So we built a snack from one ingredient: real chicken breast. Hand-trimmed, marinated in proper Indian spices, then patiently air-dried until every strip is crisp, bold and full of bite.
